At Oclean Polska, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
